By using Tidbits, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. The Service

Tidbits provides curated daily facts and AI-powered conversations. Content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Apple. You're responsible for your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

4. Subscriptions

Tidbits Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Content

Facts are curated for accuracy but are not guaranteed. AI conversations are generated and may contain errors. Do not rely on Tidbits for medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Prohibited Use

Don't abuse the service, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
